Changed your mind?

If you have changed your mind and you no longer want the items then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund.  You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the goods being in perfect, unused condition and in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.  

All shipping back to Background Coffee is to be paid for by the customer.  We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. 

For incorrect or damaged orders.

If for any reason your order is incorrect or arrives damaged then Background Coffee will offer a replacement or refund, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods. 

 

Not for you?

We hope you LOVE your Background brew as much as we do, but in the unlikely event you are not happy or it's not of you, give us a chance to find one you do LOVE and if we don't tickle your tastebuds we'll be happy to give you your money back.
